The beaches were stunning, and we especially enjoyed spending time at the secret cove called "Sunshine Bay. " It was a hidden gem with crystal clear waters and a peaceful atmosphere. The kids had a blast building sandcastles and splashing in the waves.

My wife says that it would have been great to have a small playground or play area for the kids near the apartments.

our recent stay in cavtat was even better than before. apartments niko surpassed our expectations with their new and clean accommodations, double shower unit, and thoughtful touch of a bottle of wine on arrival. highly recommend.

Something was missing from our stay.

We got great value for our money at Apartments Niko in Cavtat. The room was lovely, clean, and spacious, with a nice modern design. The location was perfect, right near the center of town, making it easy to explore and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Our host Marijana was excellent, going above and beyond to help us with taxis and any questions we had. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

The food for breakfast could have been better with a wider variety of options.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartments. the location was excellent, being very close to the main promenade and the town center. We were able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, and enjoy the beautiful views of the area. the room was well-equipped and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely terrace where we could relax.

Despite the great experience, there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a noisy bathroom exhaust fan and a lack of English-speaking TV channels. these did not significantly impact our overall enjoyment of the apartment.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right beside the village but with no noise. It was very close to the town center, making it easy to access everything in Cavtat. the views from the rooms were stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop to wake up to. the hotel also had comfortable beds and a nice balcony area with tables and chairs.

The bathroom could use an upgrade, as it lacked an extractor fan over the shower, causing it to get damp and smelly.

The host Mihaela was fantastic and met us at the bus station to walk us to the nearby accommodation. the overall property was amazing with fantastic rooms and balconies offering great views. It was also conveniently located to explore Cavtat on foot. Shops, cafés, seafront, bus station, and boat departures were just a short walk away. Easy access to the airport and Dubrovnik.

Felt warm, nothing too much trouble.

We got great value for our money with a clean and modern apartment, complete with a spacious balcony offering stunning views of the harbor and bay. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll away from shops, restaurants, and the old town. The staff, especially host Sanja and taxi driver Davor, were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
